On the official page for the original anime Hanyou no Yashahime: Sengoku Otogizoushi ((Yashahime: Princess half-demon), the sequel to the animated manga adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi, InuyashaIt turned out that the Japanese band NEWS will play the new opening song entitled “Burn”, which debuts on January 9, 2021.
NEWS listed musical themes for Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo returns to Season 2 and One Piece Movie 7: Karakuri-jou no Mecha Kyohei. On the other hand, it had previously been announced that the band Ryokuoushoku Shakai will play the new ending song entitled “Kesshou”.
The series has been on air in Japan since October 3rd and is confirmed with a total of 24 episodes on the platform Crunchyroll responsible for sales in Latin America (in addition to that of Viz Media) and the platform Funimation soon to distribute in Mexico and Brazil. The series will not air a new episode on January 2, 2021.

Hanyou no Yashahime Synopsis
Sesshomaru and Inuyasha’s daughters embark on an adventure that transcends time! In feudal Japan, the half-demon twins Towa and Setsuna are separated during a forest fire. In a desperate search for her younger sister, Towa comes across a mysterious tunnel that takes her to modern Japan, where she is found and placed in the care of Kagome Higurashi’s brother Sota and his family.
Ten years later, the tunnel that connects the two eras will be reopened so that Towa can return to Setsuna, who has now become a youkai assassin with Kohaku. But the worst part is that Setsuna seems to have lost her memories and no longer recognizes Towa. In collaboration with Moroha, Inuyasha’s daughter and Kagome, the three travel between two eras on an adventure to regain a forgotten past.
