During the Anime Japan 2021, the new film from the Fate / Kaleid Liner franchise Prisma Illya was presented with a trailer Light – the nameless girl, the second film to deal with the adventures of the character Illyasviel von Einzbern, who originally appeared as an antagonist and then became an antihero in the universe of Fate / Stay Night.

After a first film released in August 2017 and an OAV that aired in the summer of 2019, The Immense Universe of Fate continues to receive new animated projects, the latest of which is based on the spin-off manga written by Hiroshi Hiroyama who has chosen to Immerse yourself in the character of Illyasviel von Einzbernand place it in a parallel and alternate universe to the one in which the original series takes place.

After Illya gets possession of a wand after meeting Magical Ruby by chance, she transforms into a magical girl and begins his adventure, which today has 17 volumes, published in Japan and completely unpublished in Italy.

The good reception of the animated version therefore convinced the Kadokawa publishing house and the Silver Link production company to invest in the production of films for Expand Illya’s story with unpublished materialand recently released the trailer and poster for the second film to confirm that it will be previewed later this summer.
