After Neon Genesis Evangelion and the feature films that marked the completion of the first series, the world was renewed with Mecha in the 2000s with the launch of the Rebuild of Evangelion project. After many years of production, this new Evangelion is also coming to an end. Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 will arrive in January 2021.

The fourth film, officially titled Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0: Three times, will be in Japanese theaters in about a month and a half, and rumors of production and staff are returning. After the first postponement due to the coronavirus, the conclusion of this huge saga is getting closer and closer and another historical face is returning to take part.

Singer Utada Hikaru will actually take care of the theme song for Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0: “One Last Kiss” three times as announced by the film’s official Twitter account. Utada Hikaru, who is also known for giving her voice with the songs of the Kingdom Hearts saga, returns to rebuilding after participating in Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone with the song Beautiful World and in Evangelion: 3.0 You Can the Evangelion back (Not) Repeat with the song Sakura Nagashi.

After the synchronization of Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 is completed, another piece of the audio sector of the film will be added.
