Goku hasn’t changed much since then, maybe too little Dragon Ball great The well-known protagonist made the same mistakes as in the past. Still, Toyotaro made up for the lack of satisfying characterization with a couple of quotes that few really noticed.
In one of the last chapters, the author had paid homage to a historical scene from the past to give the readers a way to better understand Vegeta’s feelings in this particular situation. But that wasn’t the only occasion on which Toyotaro borrowed a moment from the past to emphasize the present, just like what happened in between Goku and Molo in the final stages of their fight.
Thanks to Merus, Goku was actually able to learn what was the final phase of his training and thus be able to tame the ultra-perfect instinct. On this occasion, the protagonist decides to give up his Saiyan origins to fight again as an earthling, recreating the scene where he clashed with Vegeta many years ago. In the exact same pose, with the remains of a scar on his chest, Goku removes his suit, ready to give it his all one last time.
And you, on the other hand, encountered this quote during the Molo saga? Let us know with a comment below.
¡Hermosa referencia de Toyotaro a #Dragon Ball!
En la Saga de Moro de #DragonBallGreat, Goku trudges el dogui and says que peleará como terrícola. Referencia a la Saga de los Saiyans of the original manga by Toriyama where Goku got the myism VS Vegeta denying the original Saiyan. pic.twitter.com/Qh3ZjVtGPh– 🎙Nicolas Darfe (@NicolasDarfe) January 17, 2022
