The picture writes: “Together we can be even crazier‘, and reconfirms that the premiere is scheduled for the month of January 2023 in Japan.
Yuumikan started publishing the novels on the website Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2016, later began publishing them via the editorial Fujimishobo in September 2017. The publisher released the fourteenth volume on August 10 and will release the fifteenth in Japan on January 10.

Synopsis for BOFURI: I don’t want to get hurt, so I’ll maximize my defense
After an enthusiastic invitation from her friend, Kaede Honjou reluctantly agrees to try New World Online, an extremely popular VRMMO played by thousands of people in Japan. He names his character Maple and sets off. A newcomer to such games, she allocates all of her stat points to Vitality and wishes that she felt no pain in her experience. Without a single point on any other stat, Maple has an impenetrable defense but is unable to move fast or hit hard.
This doesn’t end badly for her, however, as Maple gains powerful abilities like Total Defense, Poison Immunity, and Devour. These abilities, along with the incredibly powerful gear she’s acquired, allow her to take out most enemies with a single hit, allowing Maple to claim third place after a few days of play in an event that takes place throughout the game and a reputation as an immortal and absurdly broken player.
