The author of Jigokuraku: Hell’s Paradise has been dedicated to this series for a while and has completed its cycle with Shonen Jump +. It was a short while before he got back to work, this time with Weekly Shonen Jump Ayashimon. The series started in late 2021 in the popular manga magazine.
Unfortunately Ayashimon didn’t have an easy serialization. Author Yuji Kaku failed to win the public’s sympathy aside from the first few chapters, where he also received a color page, and gradually fell down in Weekly Shonen Jump’s satisfaction polls. Covid-19 did not help Ayashimon as the series suffered a week-long hiatus due to the mangaka’s illness.
In the end, the fate outlined a few weeks ago came true: the first leaks from the magazine confirm this Ayashimon ended and its latest chapter will be released on MangaPlus on Sunday, May 29, 2022. This will be the 25th for the series, which will then conclude with around four volumes.
The Aliens Area manga will be serialized in its place, but now they risk mamore too! Shugomaru and Doron Dororon in the same state as Ayashimon.
