An anime adaptation of the manga series “Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi” (Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister) has been announced. Anticipation is high for the upcoming anime adaptation of “Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi,” featuring a proficient voice cast and production team. The anime follows Uryuu Kamihate, a high schooler, as he confronts the challenging decision of choosing among three potential brides while attempting to save the Amagami Shrine from financial hardship.

Marcey Naitou, Negi Haruba’s assistant, published the manga “Gotoubun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets)” through Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in April 2021. Initially a one-shot, popularity made it Naitou’s first serialised work.

The manga “Gotoubun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets)” was enthusiastically received by critics and fans alike. Naitou’s engaging writing, endearing characters and unique art style struck a chord with readers. The manga’s ability to evoke emotions earned it high praise.

Synopsis

The series follows Uryuu Kamihate, a high school student who aims to pass the entrance exams to Kyoto University’s medical school. After living in an orphanage for much of his life following the death of his mother, he comes to live at the Amagami Shrine, where the head priests ask him to marry one of his three granddaughters. Uryuu and the Amagami sisters also have to face various problems, such as the danger of closing the shrine due to financial reasons. Through flashforwards, it is implied that Uryuu will end up marrying one of the sisters.
