Treason has always been present in ONE PIECE, in some sagas more than usual. Even in Wanokuni we had to face some of them with a flood of doubles in all rows. Among them there is one that the fans were particularly attentive to, or the papable traitor among the samurai in the service of Momonosuke Kozuki.
The Betrayal of Kanjuro It has happened in several chapters, and ONE PIECE has therefore separated the fate of Kurozumi and the other samurai who are loyal to Oden and his son. Only the artist was the protagonist of a battle in ONE PIECE 985, in which he was forced to face his old companions. In fact, Kiku and the other Foderi Rossi found the road blocked when trying to reach Kaido’s palace and were forced to fight Kanjuro and his group of warriors.
A PIECE 986 showed us the result of this battle, in which Kin’emon and Denjiro also participated, the last two that arrived at the construction site. Kanjuro is lying on the floor, apparently dead. The protagonists’ Allied boys all seem to be intact, so they won the fight without casualties. Now they have all gone to Kaido, who has to pay for all the damage he has done to their country.
