The monsters that stalked the underground inflicted tremendous damage and casualties on the city. However, one by one they were defeated by the heroes who came to the rescue. The two monstrous forces of earth and sea were also brought down by two characters: Saitama and Garou. The two now face off in a confrontation that has an epic flavor to it.
It is not Saitama and Garou’s first encounter, and the monster recalled it in One-Punch Man 161. However, now that seems to have reached the pinnacle of monstrosity, he can attempt to corner his greatest enemy. One-Punch Man 162 begins with the fight between Garou and Saitama which also works at a very great distance. Bringing help and evacuation from the area, the heroes feel the blows from Garou and Saitama. However, the bald man manages to keep up without any problems and actually rages at the opponent.
Garou is thrown far, right near the rescue, and Tareo sees Garou and runs towards him. But Garou’s hatred of Saitama leads to another transformation that freezes everyone. The black armor gets thicker and tougher and looks grim, but Tareo doesn’t hold back and approaches him after escaping the lifeboat. Saitama arrives in the area and realizes that the boy wants Garou to become a normal hero and no longer play the role of the monster.
Saitama enters the fight so earnestlyconcludes One-Punch Man 162 with a decision to set Garou on the right path.
