Eiichiro Oda has created an infinity of characters in ONE PIECE, all of which are engraved into the plot in one way or another. One of the strongest and most interesting groups that the author prepared were the supernovae, the most promising pirates of the new generation. And among them is the wizard Basil Hawkins.
The pirate popped up a few years ago and got back to the latest developments. So let’s see what they are all available information on Basil Hawkins. Basil Hawkins, born on September 9th in North Blue, whom we see in ONE PIECE, is an already made and finished 29-year-old man, 2.10 centimeters tall and with blood type S, at the height of his pirate career and with his crew. He quickly rose the ranks and entered the Grand Line, Reaching the Sabaody with a bounty of 249 million berries and thus joins the group of supernovae.
Like his colleagues, he managed to get to the New World, where he decided to join Kaido’s crew, where he will headline the role, one of the most senior officers after the disasters, and Tobi Roppo. After two years, then 31 years old, its size increases to 320 million berries, just outside the top 10 of his crew.
His name is derived from the pirate of “Treasure Island”, with Oda who originally wanted him to join the fleet of seven. His birthday in Japan coincides with Clairvoyant Day, and it is no coincidence that he shares it with Shirley. Its most interesting side is undoubtedly the power of the devil fruit Wara Wara no Mi, the straw fruit. With this, Hawkins has two main powers who associate with his swordsmen.
Hawkins can take advantage of a few straw dolls and tie his life to that of other people, even against their will, up to a maximum of ten. Any wounds inflicted are transferred to one of the dolls, and then to another person. Leave Hawkins intact. Only damage that cannot be transferred remains on the pirate and is therefore at the mercy of the enemy. The second ability of his devil fruit is to summon a warlike straw spirit that can be summoned with each drawing of the tarot cards. The nature of the fruit, a paramisha, does not allow the user to become a straw creature like a rogia would.
Finally, Hawkins owns both the Observation Haki and the Armor Hakiwho proves to be an extremely strong opponent in the world of ONE PIECE.
