The World’s End Harem teaser showed us a quick preview of the anime, which was inspired by the manga of Kotaro ShonoAlthough the first episode has already been released, the anime’s production studio has announced that it will cease broadcasting the remaining episodes of the season.
The news was delivered through a message shared by the series’ official account on Twitter, which you can find at the bottom of the message. As stated in the message, the second episode and the following ones will be available starting next January: the studio has decided to review the content of the episodes, probably out of fear of censorship in too many scenes of the anime. The manga actually presents itself several nude scenes, set in Tokyo in 2040 after a virus killed 99.9% of the male population: among the 5 survivors we find Reito Mizuhara, a college student who survived a five year hibernation and whose new assignment will be to repopulate the earth.
In recent months, the announcement of the animated version of World’s End Harem had the numerous anime fans discussing it, in particular many had doubts about the possibility of the upcoming work completely transposed for televisionBecause of this, few were surprised by the decision to postpone the show.
