Even love stories have found their rightful place in Akira Toriyama’s work. From the one accidentally born between Goku and Chichi, to the one between Gohan and Videl, then through the newer one between Trunks and May of the Future. The most iconic love story from Dragon ball, but undoubtedly the one between Vegeta and Bulma.
The Saiyan prince and the wealthy heiress have a love story when they were born in Dragon Ball definitely deserves more space. But how did it come about? The first contact between the two took place when Bulma offered Vegeta, who had no home on earth, to live with the Capsule Corporation. Relationships then intensified when the girl allowed the Saiyan to train in gravity space designed by her. From then on it was roses and flowers.
If Vegeta has managed to smooth out the darker sides of his character and become a good family man, credit goes solely to “his Bulma”. Without his support, the proud prince would actually never have made up his mind sacrifices himself for his family or to face a god of destruction for his wife’s sake.
